I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Having a very spacious room with comfortable beds. It also has an exceptionally, helpful and friendly staff. Our total stay here was a very enjoyable experience. 😊👍

Dirty room. Musty smell. Staff in day are friendly. Overnight not the most pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kingston Marriott right in the downtown core. It was a walking distance from multiple activities like 1000 island cruises, the marina, shops, restaurants. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing we thought was missing is a pool, but overall nice stay.

Rooms were clean. Missing small details like menus or maps to amenities etc. Had to wait a long time for staff to bring us ice. Construction next door - not their fault, but really took away from the stay. Drinks were expensive. Outdoor pool was nice.

My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Arc hotel in a single queen size bedroom. The room was clean in all of the important places however, there were areas that it was clear are not cleaned as often. The chair for the desk, when pulled out to use, was dusty/dirty on the back rest area and when we opened the cabinet under the TV, the safe looked pretty gross/dirty. Other than that, the room is pretty outdated and things are worn which I felt gives the appearance of being dirty. The towel bars in the shower where they put the clean towels were all rusted underneath (some of the towels on our first night did have some small stains on them which grossed me out and we didn’t use). The whole bathroom is tiled white and the grout looks stained and door trim is beat up looking. We couldn’t figure out how to work the room telephone to call down to front desk. It was very
